MEASURES FOR OUR STAFF AND FACILITIES:

• DISINFECTION OF ALL ONHOTELS GROUP HOTELS. Carried out by an external health company, obtaining an international health certificate. (Disinfection company).
• Training of the team in POSI procedures (Prevention of Spread of Infections) with practical exercises.
• Use of PPE for all the personnel of our establishments.
• Creation of a crisis management team, for decision-making in the different actions that may occur.
• Testing all our staff and daily temperature taking.

MEASURES FOR CUSTOMER ARRIVAL:

Assembly of CONCIERGE at the entrance of the hotel, with a portable counter, attended by BUTTON / RECEPTIONIST where he performs the following tasks:
• Traveler entry control.
• It will be compulsory to take the temperature of clients upon arrival at the hotel.
• Delivery of mask/gloves kit (if they did not come with their corresponding protection).
• Regulation of the entrance of clients to check-in at the reception (respecting the safety distance between them).
• Online check-in.
• Carpet at the entrance to disinfect footwear.
• Reduction of 5 service posts at reception to 3 posts. Each one with a screen and a separation between them of 1 meter and a half.
• Separation marks on the floor while waiting at check-in.
• All information (without paper support) on TV and room.
• Pool/beach towel and personal hygiene towels in the room. Always delivered Sealed.
• Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers. They will be located at all hotel points (restaurants, bars, shop, hairdresser, hotel entrance, reception and at the accesses to the elevators).
• Ozone machines, both for rooms and public areas.
• The room key (RFID bracelet) will be delivered, disinfected and in sealed bags, giving security to the client.

Cleaning and disinfection in common areas and rooms:
• Use of chlorine at 1000 ppm or other chemical products such as Virkon.
• Clothing, scouring pads, sponges and specific bags will be used, identified/coded by color code to avoid cross-contamination.
• For furniture with soft surfaces, such as sofas or mattresses, we will use other cleaning procedures such as steam cleaning.
• We will increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing.

We will do deep cleanings at night in the following areas:
o Reception / Offices
or Bars / Restaurants
or Disco
o Stairs / Corridors / public restrooms
or elevators
o Pool / Gym / Spa Areas
o While these tasks are being carried out, we will cordon off the relevant areas with cones, signs or other means, to prevent access by people

• A Cleaning and Disinfection Control Report will be processed. It will be visible at the office doors on each floor. And common areas (managed by our housekeeper/sub-housekeeper).
• Ozone Machines will be used prior to cleaning each room (10 minutes of use). Once this time has elapsed, the clothing is removed and it is cleaned.

SALUTARE Buffet Restaurant:
• Maximum hygiene: spotless uniform, gloves, masks, hats...
• Pastries, bread, cutlery, tweezers, etc. All wrapped up.
• Individualities of everything.
• Plates and cups and cutlery on the table.
• All in Show Cooking and with screens (all the hot in the show cooking area and annex).
• When cold, handling of the customer on a tray will not be allowed. Our buffetier will serve the food.
• Separation of tables (1 meter)
• Cleaning of tables and chairs each time a client vacates them so that the next one can sit down.
• More Gel points will be available in the living room and kitchen.
• Staff serving drinks / food.

PROTOCOL SUPPLIERS
• Suppliers accredited by an entity that certifies special hygiene in their products and processes.
• Sanitary registry of all the merchandise that enters the hotel.
• We will promote collaboration with nearby suppliers.
• Disinfection of the product once it is admitted to the hotel.
